DELIVERY COSTS
We price the delivery per weight, so that you can add multiple items and pay for the weight. This will save significant amounts on postal costs when you order many items. Minimum post & packing cost is £2.95. If you are a NON UK customer and get a very high shipping cost when you enter your order, please let us know what you want and we will price a specific cost for the order. We post out daily from Monday to Friday (accept bank holidays) and post by the next day of receiving orders.

If you have a problem with anything ordered from us, please contact us by phone or email so that we can discuss the best solution. If you are not entirely happy with the item after these discussions you may return the item for a Refund

WATER PLANTS
Please note that all plants are supplied in rooted (non-potted) form and will require either potting or planting after receipt. This is to save on postal costs.

HOW TO PAY
When you use our 'Add to Cart' system you will be given the opportunity when you 'Checkout' to pay by credit or debit card. This is done through Paypal so that no information on your cards is given to us, only to Paypal who are one of the world's largest credit/debit card processing companies. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO; just follow the instructions when you get to the Paypal site. If you make a mistake, we will always refund where required. We also keep print outs of orders only for records required by Inland Revenue.
